Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Yosemite Shelving system, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

To start a return, please email us at hello@yosemiteshelving.com    with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
